Teamspeak is a voice chat client for the use of communication with friends, pilots and controllers, as well as a trainings tool. Teamspeak is further used for the coordination with other active ATC stations. Active ATC controllers are required to use Teamspeak while on station.
Teamspeak 2
Download the Teamspeak 2 Client and follow the installation routine.
- Open Teamspeak 2
- select Connection in the menu bar
- Local Addressbook Tab
- right mouse click
- Add Server
- Name it into vacc-austria
- now contine on the right Side and fill in the following data:
Server: ts.vacc-austria.org Nickname: <full name> Registered: checked Loginname: <VACC-Austria Username (full name)> Password: <VACC-Austria password>
Teamspeak 3
Currently not used by the vacc Austria.
